Where is my package?


Like all major online shops, we also offer you the possibility of being able to track your package. To do this, contact us through our chat, our email or on our social networks. In order to send you the tracking of your shipment we need some information: 1 Name and Surname with which the order was placed. 2 The order number that you can see in the confirmation email you recived. All our orders are shipped and managed by Bartolini Express courier. If you still cannot find the tracking of your shipment it will take about 24 hours before the tracking is active and available. The product I ordered is wrong or damaged. What can I do?


If you have ordered a product and the wrong one as arrived or it has arrived defective, we will replace it for you. Conctat us, via chat, email or ours social channels describing you problem. Remember that in order to receive assistance we need the number of your order that you received by email or the name and surname with which you placed the order.
